Arriving late from Cali, the hotel held our room and was very accommodating. The room was spacious, beds comfy, and impeccably clean. The breakfast spread was fair and the fruit was sweet and succulent. The staff was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay worthwhile. The hotel's proximity to the train station was a major plus.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing us with plenty of space to relax. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location near the train station as it made it easy for us to explore the city. the breakfast had a good variety of delicious food options to choose from.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The sound isolation in the rooms was poor, and we could hear our neighbors' conversations, not ideal for a romantic getaway.

The room was well-equipped with all the essential amenities, from air conditioning to a mini-bar, which made my stay more convenient. The hotel offers excellent service, like room service, car hire, laundry, and tours. If you are looking for quality service and comfort, this place is a great option.

The size of the elevators is quite small and could barely accommodate four people simultaneously.
